1. Payment: A 50% deposit is required before the start of any project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the project. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card.

3. Delivery Time: We will provide an estimated delivery time for each project based on its complexity and scope. While we make every effort to meet these deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will communicate any delays to the client and work to complete the project as soon as possible.
4. Scope of Work: The scope of work for each project will be defined in the project proposal and agreed upon by both parties. Any changes or additions to the scope of work may result in additional fees and will be communicated to the client.
5. Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property developed during the course of the project will remain the property of Jaikalki Technology until payment has been made in full.

7. Warranty: We provide a 30-day warranty period for any coding errors or defects that may arise after the project has been delivered. Any errors or defects found during this period will be fixed free of charge.
8. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Jaikalki Technology be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
9. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jaikalki Technology is located.
10. Termination: Either party may terminate the project at any time for any reason by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for paying any outstanding fees for work completed up to that point.
11. Communication: We will maintain regular communication with the client throughout the project to ensure that the project is progressing as planned. We will provide updates on a regular basis and be available to answer any questions or concerns that the client may have.
12. Acceptance of Terms: By engaging our services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
